Color Form provides photo and art printing services, including file review, size and paper consultation, test print review, and production of printed works. Any service description is subject to confirmation of file suitability, material availability, and studio capacity.
Prices are based on print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately unless stated otherwise in writing. Payment methods accepted by the studio may include card and bank transfer, and work may be held until payment is confirmed.
Any estimate or production timing is approximate and depends on the files received, the materials selected, and the current workload of the studio. Color Form may decline or pause production where files, quantities, or materials are not suitable or have not been confirmed.

The studio may review files for technical issues such as resolution, margins, and basic print readiness, but it does not guarantee exact screen-to-print colour matching or the accuracy of names, dates, spelling, or other content unless expressly agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Form is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and any liability arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
